To all supporters Grays Athletic FC

Previously going on record stating that by the end of January 2009 the club would be in a position to release news on major issues regarding the future of the club.

I am pleased to say ahead of time for once that we are now able to do so.

Over the later part of 2008 shareholders at GAFC have voted at an EGM to increase the share capital of the business Grays Athletic FC Ltd and also have voted to " a share issue" to release new shares in rotation to (1)Existing share holders (2)The supporters of GAFC (3)To any other interested party.

Any investment will be limited to a 20% share holding in GAFC Ltd to avoid any one person gaining full control which the shareholders see as vital condition of this "share issue"

The final passing of this resolution and change to The Memorandum & Articles of Association of GAFC Ltd will take place during January 2009 and following these changes full details will be issued regarding this "share issue
