Club Statement

 As many of you may know, Grays Athletic FC are looking to relocate to a new purpose built stadium, to facilitate the development of the new ground The New Recreation Ground will be sold and part of the proceeds will be generously donated by the Billings family towards the cost of the new stadium.
We are hopeful that an area and planning permission will be given shortly and further details regarding this will be released once we have full confirmation.
If everything goes to plan this will be our last season at The New Recreation ground, we would need to ground share for a year, following consultations with the Conference League and local clubs the two choices that we have are Thurrock FC in Ship Lane or Dagenham & Redbridge FC in Victoria Road.
We would like you the fans to vote on which location you would prefer, this can be done via the on-line poll on the Fans Forum, by e-mail (secretary@graysathletic.co.uk) or in writing at the club address.
We understand that this news will be upsetting for some fans but we have out grown out current ground and need to relocate.
