The court date for Jamie Stuart has been adjourned again after the prosecution requested more time to prepare their case, Jamie was due to appear at Basildon Crown Court today to face charges relating to an incident during last seasons game against York City when Chris Beardsley‘s jaw was broken.
The new date has been set for Monday 1st September 2008
