The History: Including a pre season match in 2000, the sides have met on 7 occasions. Each side has 3 wins and the only drawn game was a 2-2 FA Cup game at Ram Meadow in 2010 with the Grays goals coming from Alex Osborn and Stephen Demetriou. Grays are yet to win a competitive game at Ram Meadow but come close in the last meeting up in Suffolk in January 2014. A Billy Clark double either side of a spectacular Kenny Beaney overhead kick, secured the points for the home side. In the reverse fixture at Mill Field this season, Grays eased to a 2-0 victory with goals courtesy of Ladapo and Guy.

The Form: Grays are on an impressive run under manager Mark Bentley that includes 9 victories in the league, 3 draws and a couple of league cup wins that see The Blues in the final next month. Their last game was a comprehensive 3-1 win against Tonbridge Angels who were in Conference South last season.
Bury have only won 1 game in their last 11 league matches and have lost 7 of these games. Having said that, that solitary victory actually come against play off hopefuls Met Police in their last home game. Grays will be hoping to avoid a similar scenario against the league's basement club.

The players to watch: Grays have bolstered their attacking options this week, so as well as Dumebi Dumaka, who scored twice in midweek, they have bought in returnee Bradley Fortnum- Tomlinson and ex Crystal Palace forward Ibby Akanbi, who will all be available for this game.
Bury midfielder Craig Nurse has recently returned to the club. He won promotion with the club in 2010 but then had a couple of injury hit spells with Mildenhall and Needham Market. He is back at Rams Meadow now and is looking to kick start his career.
