The History: The two sides have met just the once, last Tuesday in fact! Grays won that game 2-1 with Kenny Beaney headed the winning goal against The Vickers on 82 minutes.

The Form: Grays beat today's opposition on Tuesday night away in Kent and that victory now makes it 4 league wins in the last 5 games, incidently the other game was a 1-1 draw with Leiston.
VCD have lost their last 3 games since a superb away win against Dulwich Hamlet, this currently leaves them in 23rd place in their first Ryman Premier season. They might feel hard done by by that record though as they certainly looked a much better team last Tuesday night than what the form guide suggests!

The players to watch: Harry Agombar has returned to Grays Athletic this week and is registered in time for this Saturday's match. He has joined from Swindon Town to get himself some game time. This will be his third spell in The Blues midfield.
As mentioned above VCD played well on Tuesday evening and perhaps the high point of the game for them was a superb curling free kick that left Connor Gough with no chance. It was scored by Nick Reeves so look out for him from dead ball situations.
