Under the terms and conditions of being a supporter owned club, there is a provision for the club to bring additional members to the board on a co-option basis.

The club’s board felt that the presence of a representative from the Youth Section of the club would be beneficial to the club as a whole and we are pleased to announce that following discussions at the AGM Jimmy Thandi has been nominated by the Youth Committee and will be co-opted to the main board on for an agreed period of one year.

Jimmy currently works with the Little Avengers (our youngest team at the club), Grays Athletic Girls U14’s and U15’s and has been prolific in the #BringGraysAthHome campaign.
The existing board believe that Jimmy will be an asset and look forward to working with him.
