Something old, something new as u21s squad takes shape

The pre-season programme has seen nearly 60 players attend training across both the first team and u21 squads.

John Field has seen his young charges, including players from last season's u21 and u18 sides, joined by many new faces as well as some players who will push for a first team place in the coming season.

After four games, which includes trial matches attended by the first team coaching staff, Field has released over 20 players and made his first signings with the league campaign just a few weeks away.
