Grays Athletic Football Club can confirm that we are now accepting applications for the vacant First-Team Manager position as we begin a formal recruitment process.

We are seeking an ambitious, motivated and committed individual who aligns with the club’s ambitions, values and long-term vision, both on and off the pitch.

The successful candidate will demonstrate relevant managerial and coaching experience, strong leadership qualities, excellent communication skills and the ability to build, develop and motivate a competitive squad capable of representing Grays Athletic with pride.

We are looking for an individual who understands the importance of our identity as a supporter-owned community football club and who shares our determination to move the club forward, both on the pitch and within the wider community.
