Some of you will be aware that our club was recently the subject of a formal complaint by a matchday official regarding a comment aimed at him from the terrace. Whilst the FA has issued no sanction this time, the complaint remains on record and the club is on notice, should a similar event occur.

We know that, at times, watching a game can be frustrating but it is timely to remind all of our loyal fans that we are a community club and there are lines we must not cross. Any instances of racist, homophobic or other discriminatory comments will result in the perpetrator being removed from the ground and banned from future attendance. There are also children and young people present at our games and some language is simply unacceptable.

Of course, we and the players value your vocal support so highly. It's what make our club special. Our travelling support is second to none at this level. However, please remember that we all have a responsibility to uphold the good name of Grays Athletic FC.
