"Chris came in to the management team as first team coach shortly after I arrived at the club. I was constantly badgering him to sign league forms as I know what a good player he is but he wanted to concentrate on his coaching at this time. It was only recently that Chris said he regretted his decision to stop playing at an early age but found chances of playing in our team limited. As a result between Harlow and ourselves we agreed that Chris would join their squad in order that he gets the opportunity to play.

During his time with us, I have to say that his coaching sessions were innovative, structured and based around what Joyno and I wanted in preparation for the game on the upcoming Saturday. He will in the future be a very good coach / manager but we all wish him the best of luck in his playing career in the meantime.

As a result of Chris moving on, we have brought in Dave Ross to assist with coaching and management responsibilities. Dave has a vast knowledge of non league football and players at this and levels above and will be a welcome addition to the team. It should also be noted that Dave Raven will return to assist us after the sad loss of his dad."
