Lee is the Manager of Grays Athletic U/13 girls team and he is also West Ham United's BAME Advisory Board member and Chairman of the club's Independent BAME supporters group.

He has recently represented the club at the Isthmian League Equality and Diversity Workshop (developed by Gifton Noel-Williams, Isthmian League Equality and Diversity Director) and he has been putting together the club’s inclusion policy which will be adopted and published shortly.

After accepting the role, Lee commented "I am incredibly proud to be able to help the club ensure it continues to be an inclusive environment that provides support, opportunities and football across many platforms. Grays Athletic is a wonderful community club that values and welcomes everyone and I'm excited to be part of the club's future"
