“Yet again as it was against Bedfont, we didn’t take our chances and nearly paid the price. On the night we should could have scored 7-8 goals and to make matters worse the first time they get into our box they score, the second time they score so although we can moan at the goals conceded yet again if we take our chances it would be a different game. There were some good performances there tonight for us , Ash and Clarkey got some much needed minutes as did Foxy so all in all I’m happy we went through. That is the first time I have been involved in a game against Holland FC, everyone involved in their Committee, their players and fans were a credit to them and I wish them well moving on”
