By road:
Take the exit from A13 marked Barking, A123. Take exit road for A1153 marked Beacontree Heath into Lodge Avenue. The ground is approximately one mile down on the left. Please note that a section of the car park is currently being used for COVID-19 testing, so limited spaces can be found by entering through the Sportshouse entrance, also in Lodge Avenue.

Public transport:
Bus: The 368 bus (Wangey Road,Chadwell Heath to Harts Lane Estate) stops outside or opposite the ground. Alternatively, buses EL2, 145, 364 and number 5 are a short walk from the LIDL supermarket in Longbridge Road
By train: Nearest stations: Barking (C2C and District Line), then EL2 or number 5 bus and alight at LIDL supermarket in Longbridge Road.
Upney and Becontree Stations on the District Line are each a 20-minute walk.
