As many shareholders and supporters will be aware, the rules of our 100% fan-owned football club dictates that periodically a number of Directors have to stand down from their positions.

Consequently, at the end of this season (2025/2026) the following Directors are required to vacate their positions on the Board:

Steve Skinner (Strategic Development Director)
Glyn Jarvis (Finance Director)
Gavin Holland (Vice-Chairman & Treasurer)
Lee Vehit (Chairman and EDI Director)

Steve, Glyn, Gavin and Lee have advised that they wish to stand for re-election to the Board for a further three-year term.

Should any of our other existing shareholders wish to be considered for election to the Board for the vacancies which the above named Directors currently fill, please advise the club via email (graysathleticfc@hotmail.co.uk) by 03rd June 2026 in order that an election may be organised.

Please note that to formally apply for a position on the Board via election, you will have to state the position you are applying for, have two other Shareholder members validate your application in writing, and state how you have the relevant skillset and expertise in the area of the Director you are challenging, Steve Skinner (Strategic Development) Glyn Jarvis (Finance) Gavin Holland (Treasurer) Lee Vehit (Equality, Diversity and Inclusion). These skillsets are ones the club requires in order to maintain efficiency, consistency and compliance.

In the event that no other candidates put themselves forward or meets the election criteria, Steve, Glyn, Gavin and Lee will automatically be elected on the 04th June 2026.
