Draw the fairest result

"I was disappointed not to get anything out of last nights game. In my opinion neither side deserved the win so a draw would have been the fairest result. Football however is for a period of 90 plus minutes and we need to make sure that we keep our concentration for all of this time, so to concede in the 92nd minute was a disappointment. The performance in possession of the ball was not as good as Saturday but the pitch didn't help our style of play, the grass was long and dry which stopped us moving the ball into feet. Our work rate and desire was there in abundance and defensively I thought we looked very strong until Canvey brought on Jason Hallet who will cause most teams in this division issues.

We go again this Saturday in the Emirates FA Cup and then Monday with a home game against Basildon.

The turn out last night from our fans was magnificent and much appreciated."
