JOHN TURNER

Grays Athletic Football Club is shocked and saddened to receive the news that former Director of the club John Turner, 70, has tragically lost his life in a boating accident in the Cayman Islands.

John affectionately known by many supporters of the club as John 'Bareshead' Turner was a director of the club in the late 1990's, and after stepping down was made a Life president of the football club.

Everyone at the club wishes to send their condolences to John's son Lance and his entire family and our thoughts and prayers are with them all.
