Grays Athletic are delighted to announce that we will be inviting our supporters to register their interest to volunteer to help refurbish our new home ground, Ship Lane.
The club is now in the process of finalising legal documents regarding the transfer of land to the football club, and we are now in the position to invite our supporters to register their interest to volunteer with the refurbishment of the ground.
Board director Rob Seaman had this to say on inviting supporters to volunteer: "We are delighted to be able to move to the next stage of our plans for the refurbishment of our new home. Having visited the site recently, there is alot of work to be done, but I know that we can all pull together and bring Ship Lane back to life. We are delighted to be able to invite all supporters to register their interest in refurbishing the ground. Once we have collated a volunteers list we will be in a position to start planning working party dates and a schedule of works to be done. I would encourage anyone who would like to help with the refurbishment to register and join us on the journey. If you have a specific skill or trade that you feel might be helpful with the refurbishment please let us know when applying to refurbish the ground"
To register your interest in helping to refurbish Ship Lane please contact Rob Seaman either by emailing to:

Please include your name, number, and contact details and any trades or skills that may be useful with the refurbishment.
