Update on the Grays Athletic Community Football Club Limited Board.
As many shareholders and supporters will be aware
the constitution of our fan owned football club dictates that periodically a number of Directors have to stand down from their positions.
Consequently, at the end of this season (2019/20), the following Directors are required to vacate their roles:-
Steve Skinner (Chairman)
Glyn Jarvis (Vice-Chairman)
Tony Packer (Finance Director)
The club is pleased to confirm that all three individuals have advised that they wish to stand for re-election to the board for further three year term.
Should any of our existing shareholders wish to be considered for election to the board in these roles, please could you advise the club, via email (graysathleticfc@hotmail.co.uk) by 30th March 2020 in order that an election can be organised.
In the event that no other candidates put themselves forward, Steve, Glyn and Tony will be automatically re-elected at the end of this season.
