with another 30 league games to play Jody Brown is preparing his squad for the long-haul of the season by getting players out on loan to gain valuable playing time and to retain the high levels of fitness that will be needed if any challenge for the play-offs is to be maintained.

Chris Bryan and Jon Glowacki will be sent on out on month-to-month loans with Bryan joining Ware and Glowacki joining landlords Aveley. Both sides play in the Ryman League Division One North.

Both players were amongst the first signings for the new-look side as Jody Brown rebuilt the squad from the ground up and he believes they will have a part to play come the closing stages of the season.

"Chris Bryan is a highly regarded player in The Ryman North division, and many clubs were interested. He's had a lot on his plate away from football, and it's been hard for him to perform at his usual level. This loan spell will hopefully allow him to regain his confidence, and also to put the power back into his legs

"Jon has also had a start stop beginning to his Grays career following suspension & niggling injuries. A run of games in a competitive Aveley team will be great for him, and prepare him properly for when we need to call upon him.

"Both will be important for us later on in what is a very long season"
