2017 Elections to the Board
Further to the message of 27th. April, 2017, announcing the need for a ballot of shareholders, voting packs (containing ballot paper, guidance notes on voting procedure and deadlines, candidates’ statement and an S.A.E. for return of ballot paper) have been sent to all shareholders.
The intention is that all voting packs will arrive by Friday, 12th. May, 2017 at the latest.
The Interim Board has called a meeting of shareholders for Tuesday 6th. June, 2017, at ‘The White Hart’ public house (Kings Walk, Grays, Essex, RM17 6HR) to commence at 19.30, where it is intended that the result be declared and an opportunity given to meet the new board and ask them about future plans for GAFC.
