Blues manager Jody Brown welcomes Harlow Town to Mill field in the FA Cup

First of all, a quick welcome to Harlow Town and their manager Danny Chapman. I've come up against them many times now and although my personal record head to head is very good, I did suffer defeat to him and his team in last years play-offs. They certainly deserved to have been promoted with their free scoring side.

Today's game is a great one for any neutral, or anyone hoping for a supposed upset. Harlow are flying, and we are still developing are own style and togetherness as a group. We all know they have players within their team that could and should be playing higher, and that of course makes this a very hard game.

The FA Cup holds fond memories for me, having reached the 2nd round proper with Redbridge a few years ago. Undoubtedly a good run can galvanise a group, and I'm very focused on still being in the hat mid December.

Hold on to your seats, cause this is likely to be a really tough, competitive tie. The winner could be this years giant killers and go on a great run. I certainly don't want that "What if" feeling. Plus Glen Little assures me that he doesn't play FA Cup games until January! (3rd round proper) So something special needs to happen..

Thanks again for your fantastic support, away at Harrow recently was different class. Keep pushing us over the line.

Yours Thankfully.
Jody
