Glowacki was a regular in the squad in the early part of the season but following a three game ban after being sent off at Lewes he struggled to return to the form that enabled him to challenge for a place in the match day squad.

The midfielder was sent on loan last month but Blues manager Jody Brown feels a change of club will help Glowacki to return to his best form and maybe return to Grays Athletic at some point in the future.

"Jon's been on loan at Heybridge, and following his 3 game ban it's been frustrating for him and whilst I've always valued Jon's desire and the qualities he brings, he needs to go find somewhere to settle and get back to his best.

"He's a winner, and has had some good games for us, I'd never rule out working with him again"
