Glen originally joined the club in September of last season as a player in former Blues manager Jody Brown's squad. Glen left the club in December to follow Brown as assistant at Welling United.

Following Brown's departure from Welling, Blues manager Mark Bentley brought Glen back to the club in a coach/player role. The holy trinity of Bentley, Little and Raven went on to steer the Blues to the league cup final and came tantalisingly close to a play-off place.

Speaking of Little's signing club owner Andy Swallow said "Its great to have Glen on board. He has had several good offers from other clubs but wants to stay and help Mark and help the Blues progress up the leagues".
