Margate striker Marcel Barrington joins on loan

Grays Athletic are pleased to announce that striker Marcel Barrington has signed for the Blues on a month's loan from Margate FC.

Marcel has formerly played for Stoke before joining Margate over the summer having scored 5 goals in three appearances for the club.

Grays Athletic manager Jamie Stuart spoke earlier about Marcel's signing "I'm delighted that Marcel has joined the club on a month's loan. I spoke with Margate manager Nikki Bull about bringing Marcel to the club and I'm delighted that we have come to an agreement. Marcel is a goalscorer, he's strong and powerful and this will only help to bolster our attacking lineup, I'm looking forward to working with Marcel at the club"
