After hanging up his tracksuit after his u18s final match of the season last April, club owner Andy Swallow moved into an advisory role to work with the coaching staff throughout the club. After the resignation of John Field, Andy has decided to return to the dugout and take over as manager of our development squad.

Field, appointed during the summer, along with coach Christos Mead recently made a switch to Hoddesdon Town after being offered the position of first team manager for the Spartan South Midlands League side.

Dave Hellen will continue as assistant manager while coaching responsibilities will be shared between Jeff Wheeler and, in the short term, first team coach David Raven.
