As part of the club's policy of youth development and the successful progression of players from our u16s squad of 2016/17 to the first team we are currently looking for u16s, u17s & u18s players to join our EJA and Reserves squads for the coming season.

We are looking for players with an eagerness to succeed and progress their footballing skills .

We have a number of UEFA B coaches, who are looking to improve strong motivated players.

As has been proven in the past Grays Athletic has a strong record of player progression from youth through to the first team and further.
