Lewes 3 v 2 Grays Athletic
A 95th minute winner broke the hearts of Grays Athletic in a pulsating battle at the Dripping Pan on Wednesday night.
Grays had broken the deadlock with a 10th minute penalty by Freddie Ladapo.
Lewes equalised in the 39th minute but there was worse to come when defender Manny Parry was red carded for a "last man" tackle.
Lewes took advantage and made it 2-1 just before half time. Grays were dominating the game and many were enjoying the skills and deft touches of Glen Little. However, Grays went down to nine men when Jonathan Glowacki was red carded for a reckless tackle.
Grays thought they had earned a point when Jordan Wilson scored in the 81st minute. However, it was not to be as Lewes striker Fraser Logan scored in the 95th minute.
